OwlMed On-Demand Evaluations are a mobile-friendly and convenient solution for clinical faculty to complete evaluations on the fly. This option gives students and faculty the ability to request or complete evaluations at the touch of a button, in real time.  On-Demand evaluations are managed by the College of Medicine Office of Evaluations/Assessments. 

In order to navigate to your On-Demand evaluations, please do the following:

1. Navigate to your Eval Portal (accessible under your profile picture at the top right).
2. Look for the "On-Demand Evaluations" heading and select "Evaluate Someone Else"
3. Select the course, the evaluation form, and the faculty member you would like to evaluate (screenshot #2).
4. The evaluation will load. Fill out the evaluation.
5. Submit the evaluation.
