OIT has built a tool for MFA self-recovery, that will generate a TAP (Temporary Access Pass), to allow someone to enroll a replacement/new/additional device.

This tool will only work if you have account recovery options already setup (personal email or SMS) AND it is NOT available to some employees that have financial or elevated access and need additional security.
To Confim/Setup your Recovery Options:
Visit Accounts.FAU.Edu
Log in (if prompted)
Select MANAGE YOUR ACCOUNT
Confirm that your Password Recovery information is showing and is correct. If not, select CHANGE to update that information.
