Below is the process needed to have a volunteer in a College of Medicine Lab. This is for non-minors (18+). For minors, please see this KB: https://comsupport.fau.edu/kb/articles/lab-volunteer-minors

The following attached forms must be completed:

(1) Student Volunteer Access & Training Form (Completed by Faculty)

(2) Volunteer Owl Card (Once Background check is completed)

(3) Volunteer Parking Permit (Once Background check is completed)
