Here are the capacity limits of our Video Conferencing Platforms:

Zoom : Max number of participants = 300

Zoom Webinars : We are not currently subscribed, but OIT does have 1 license which they can schedule the Webinar.  The maximum number of participants on the webinar is 500

Teams: Teams supports up to 1000 participants

Other options such as Mediasite and YouTube streaming are available for view - only options.  For more information, please contact COM IT.
