There has been much research on flipping the classroom in Medical Education. Some medical schools are doing a hybrid approach, while others are attempting a fully flipped format.  Are you ready to flip your classroom?  This workshop gives a step by step guide on how to get started.

The Flipped Classroom workshop objectives are as follows:

• Explain the pedagogical theory behind flipped classrooms
• Develop a personal philosophy on how the flipped classroom can be incorporated into your curriculum
• Construct a sample lesson plan that follows the flipped classroom model
